Wednesday Night Study Sheet--Joshua 3
Joshua and his followers, along with the ark of the covenant, came to the Jordan River. In verse 5 Joshua tells the people to "sanctify" themselves, for God would do wonders among them. Later on God told Joshua that He is now with him as he was with Moses. In verses 11-15 God calms and parts the waters of the Jordan and the people are able to safely pass.
