The Wednesday evening Ladies bible class at Dover has dedicated this year to a project which has a goal of distributing copies of this book, The Agony & Glory of the Cross, by Charles B. Hodge, Jr., to everyone who receives our bulletin, LifeLines. Not often do we come across a book that touches the heart as this one does. The book gives two entirely different views of the cross of Christ. The writer goes into great detail about the agony that our Savior endured during the last week before His death on the cross, and then he shares with us the glory that we have because of the sacrifice He made for us.
